• First, the registration form must be completed by the patient or patient guardian or patient attendant. Then if the patient only wants to consult with a doctor, then he has to go to the outdoor section and follow the next rules.
• The patient will have to consult the doctor by submitting registration charges (one time charge for a particular duration) and doctor fees. That's all.
